How the Nutsales team uses AI to maximize efficiency in work
4 min read
Business requires updates every single second to turn the tables at any time. With the incredible rise of technology, AI has become a new trend and will soon help people maximise almost all of their work in many different aspects. Now is the golden time for everyone to step in, master AI tools and lead new generations.

Our team, which works in such a technological industry, has a huge opportunity to experience many AI tools. Our CEO once said: “Dear team, you guys have to know the HORRIBLE power of AI and what we can do with AI for our productivity and customers”. As a result, at Nutsales, we are using AI in a big way, and we wanted to share some of our team’s favourite AI tools. We strongly believe that AI can be a second “sun” for every field in the future, just a matter of time.

Pi.ai: Brainstorming

Pi.ai is a designed tool with helpful and supportive features that can help us with several tasks. For example: Got an issue you're pondering? Pi.ai can assist you with this. Need to choose between two options? Inquire of Pi.ai. Pi.ai can also assist in creating poetry, code, screenplays, musical works, and more.

Oasis.ai: For voice transcription

Oasis AI transcribes your voice notes - It is among the finest we've tried. "I get my finest ideas when walking. Oasis AI transcribes practically everything I observed pretty flawlessly-excellent given my odd accent!" It can even turn voice notes into LinkedIn posts.

OpusClip: For cutting social clips

opusclip.png

Opus Clip is fantastic for converting lengthy YouTube videos into social clips. The entire procedure takes a couple of hours and runs in the background while you do other things.

Spiky.ai: For meeting notes

spiky.png

Spiky.ai helps you record internal meetings (Gong for customer meetings - more on that following). Spiky.ai is fantastic since it transcribes the whole meeting, generates a list of next steps, shares meeting participation figures, and assigns a "meeting vibe" score. The "meeting vibe" score is occasionally strange, but having Spiky in our back pocket when working at spice speed is a good renewal choice.

Descript: For audio quality

descript.png

We utilise Descript's Studio Sound tool to improve the audio quality of our podcasts, interviews, and other projects. Turn it on, and it will employ AI processing to make it seem like we spent a lot of money on audio equipment. That is all we have to do. It is very magical, right?

ChatGPT

chapgpt.png

This one is self-explanatory. We use ChatGPT for many purposes, including making formulas in Excel, SQL, Javascript, Python programming, etc. As a result, we no longer need to rely on coders for fundamental scripts. ChatGPT even generates user testing brainstorming for us. We’ll begin prompts with "Picture yourself as..." so we may consider possibilities from the users’ perspective. ChatGPT's reaction isn't always correct, but it gets our minds going. ChatGPT does an excellent job of grouping keywords, brief sentences, websites and so forth into table views. That is a very remarkable feature that helps in content work.

Otter: For Meeting note

otter.png

This extension can record voices from some meeting platforms, such as Zoom and Google Meetings, and change them into text. It will be a good choice for secretaries, who usually need to summarise and send the meeting notes, or for people who want to have a piece of evidence. Besides, it can announce your meeting schedules. However, their limitations are:

  • The voice must be clear and loud enough to be heard.
  • Only used in English (there are other languages in the latest version)
  • Regarding the use for people with English as a second language, you need to have a standard pronunciation
  • Avoid the voice being suppressed or arguing

Grammarly: Fix your grammar in English

grammarly.png

You can use this everywhere when you need to check your grammar, such as Word, Gmail, Slack, etc., which is quite useful for those who want to check the correctness of their document before sending it. But two things lower my point for Grammarly

  • It just has this function (compared to Quillbot that I will mention below) for the free version
  • Can only fix English

Quillbot: paraphrase, grammar checker, translator, summarise

quillbot.png

  • Paraphrase has two modes: Standard and Fluency (free version and much more with payment version)
  • Grammar checker has four languages: English, German, French, Spanish
  • Summarizer: quite good but takes a long time to load
  • Translator: more than 30 languages available It also has two main drawbacks:
  • Can only be opened and used on a website
  • May not be able to open if users are on a website not supporting Quillbot

Copy.ai: Create templates or copies

copy.png

  • Can be used in several modes
  • Copies quality is not high, sometimes duplicates (free version)
  • Cannot check grammar if you use your ideas

That’s all! What do you think about this topic? Are there any of your favourite AI tools? Let’s connect our knowledge and share experiences!
