How to send 1st email from a Nut

Important Warning!!!

  • Pipeline Connection to Rules: You can only send the first email when you have already created the first rule linking the shared mailbox and the targeted pipeline. If the pipeline is not connected to the rules, the email sender will not be recognized.
  • Sender: Only emails added as shared inboxes can be used as the sender.
  • Linking to a Contact: If you want to create a Nut for the purpose of sending the first email, you must link the Nut to a contact. Therefore, you must create a contact first then create a Nut.

Steps to send the 1st email

Step 1: Go to the Pipeline view.

Step 2: Click the "New Nut" button to create a new Nut.

Step 3: Enter the Nut name, Lead source, Stage, Assignee, and Contact, then click "Create".

Step 4: From the Pipeline view, select the Nut you just created.

Step 5: Click on the "Email" tab and click the "Compose" button to open the email composition window.

Step 6: Write the desired content for the email.

Step 7: Click the "Send" button to send the email.
