How to send 1st email from a Nut

Important Warning!!!

  • Pipeline Connection to Rules: You can only send the first email when you have already created the first rule linking the shared mailbox/user's inbox and the targeted pipeline. If the pipeline is not connected to the rules, the email sender will not be recognized.

Steps to send the 1st email

Step 1: Go to the Pipeline view.

Step 2: Click the "New Nut" button to create a new Nut.

Step 3: Enter the Nut name (this will automatically become the subject, though you can change it if needed), along with the Stage and Assignee, then click "Create."

Step 4: From the Pipeline view, select the Nut you just created.

Step 5: Click on the "Email" tab and click the "Compose" button to open the email composition window.

Step 6: Write the desired content for the email.

Step 7: Click the "Send" button to send the email.
