What is the “Email Hub” feature for?
Using Nutsales

Nutsales has introduced a new “Email Hub” feature, now available on the left taskbar. This hub includes folders for Inbox, Spam, Sent, Backup, and a powerful search function for all emails outside of the Nutsales pipeline.

Benefits:

1. Users can view emails in Inbox, Spam, Sent: Important emails can sometimes be mistakenly sorted into Spam or Junk folders, which Nutsales previously couldn’t access directly. With the “Email Hub,” you can now see and manage all emails without needing to open Gmail or Outlook separately. You also can view email in detail. Ultimately, this feature helps ensure that you don’t miss any important emails.

2. Be able to convert those emails to “Nut”:

Step 1: Place your mouse over the email that you want to convert => Click “Convert to Nut”.

Step 2: Choose the Pipeline and the Assignee for the “ newly converted Email” =>Click “Convert”.

Step 3: Click “View Nut” to see the conversion.

NOTE: The steps above for 'Convert Email to Nut' can also be repeated in the Sent or Spam folders in Outlook; however, this feature is not yet available in the Gmail client.
